At Candour Care Newton & St Helens, we are thrilled to announce an exciting milestone in our team. Join us in congratulating Kim Knowles on her successful fit person’s interview with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which has led to her appointment as our new CQC Registered Manager!
Kim has been an integral part of our journey over the past three years. She first joined us as a carer, bringing with her a compassion and dedication that quickly set her apart. Her relentless pursuit of excellence in care has seen her progress impressively through our ranks, achieving both Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications.
As she embarks on this new role, Kim will be taking charge of the day-to-day operations of care delivery in St Helens and the surrounding areas. Her passion for providing outstanding care is evident in everything she does, and we have no doubt that she will lead our team with the same commitment and enthusiasm that has defined her career thus far.
Kim’s journey is a testament to the potential that resides within our team, and we are proud to support her as she takes on this vital leadership position.
